Andaria Ltd. ("Intercash") takes the privacy of our customers seriously. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy while providing a personalised and valuable service.

Overview

This Privacy Policy statement explains the data processing practices of Intercash. If you have any requests concerning your personal information or any questions about these practices please contact our Privacy Officer by e-mail at privacy@intercash.com. We encourage you to periodically review this statement as it may change at any time at our sole discretion.

Our site contains links to third party sites, which are not subject to this privacy policy. Intercash does not endorse and is not responsible for the privacy practices or content on these sites. We recommend that you read the privacy policy of any such sites that you visit.

Information Collected

Personal information is collected by Intercash. We collect personally identifiable information about you (your "Data") through:

  • The provision of your details to us either online or offline
  • The elements of your Data that we collect may include:

  • Home, shipping and billing addresses phone and fax number
  • Mobile telephone number

Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Devices

We may use cookies to help personalize your use of our sites. Security Policy

Intercash has appropriate measures in place to help ensure that our users' Data is protected against unauthorized access or use, alteration, unlawful or accidental destruction and accidental loss. Although we make reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties, you should be aware that there is always some risk involved in transmitting information over the Internet. There is also some risk that thieves could find a way to thwart our security systems.

Transfer of Data

The Internet is a global environment. Using the Internet to collect and process personal Data necessarily involves the transmission of Data on an international basis. Therefore, by browsing Intercash sites and communicating electronically with us you acknowledge and agree to our processing of personal Data outside of the country in which you reside, including in the United States.

Access to Data

You may request a copy or send a correction of the personal information we hold about you by contacting the Privacy Officer at privacy@intercash.com or writing to:

We may charge the allowable fee under applicable law for provision of this information.

Disclosure to Third Parties

At times Intercash may make certain personal information available to strategic partners that work with Intercash to provide products and services, or that help Intercash market to customers. Personal information will only be shared by Intercash to provide or improve our products, services and advertising; it will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Integrity and Retention of Personal Information

Intercash makes it easy for you to keep your personal information accurate, complete, and up to date. We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13 we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of information we have physical, electronic and managerial procedures in place to keep your information safe. Once logged into your Intercash Account, all internet communication is secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security 128bit encryption, certified by Verisign Secured.

However, this high level of protection can only be effective if you follow certain security practices yourself. You must never share your Intercash Account or login details with anyone. If you are concerned that any of your login details have been compromised, you can change them any time once you are logged on but you should always also immediately contact Customer Services and tell us why you think your login details have been compromised. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Disclosure of Your Information

Group Companies

We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries who are based in different countries within the EEA and in the USA. This may be necessary in order to, among other things, fulfil your request, process your payment details, provide support services and monitor fraudulent activities.

Merchants and other Intercash Customers

When sending money to another Intercash Account holder or a merchant who you wish to pay we will, at a minimum, pass on your email address to the recipient. Depending on the requirements of the merchant and the type of payment involved, we may also send other personal details such as your name, address and country of residence if the recipients request this information from us in order to improve the payment process, to reconcile payments with the commercial transaction or to conduct their own anti-fraud and anti-money laundering checks.

Fraud and Credit Reference Agencies

When you open an Intercash Account, at intervals of up to every 3 months and at any other time we feel it is necessary to do so to protect our financial interests and prevent money-laundering or fraud, we share certain information about you and your Intercash Account, financial history and transactions as part of our normal business operations with our banks, payment facilitator partners, credit/debit card processing services, identity verification service providers and credit reference agencies to identify and verify users, to limit our exposure to fraud and other criminal activities and to manage our financial risk. We can provide you with a list of the credit reference agencies we use upon your written request to the email address set out in the Contact Us section below. When conducting identification or fraud prevention checks, the relevant parties may retain a record of our query along with your information and may share this information with other fraud prevention agencies. If you want to know what information these companies hold about you, you can write to them to request access to your information.

Transferring data out of the EU

If we transfer your information to a service provider or agent in another country outside the European Union, we will make sure that the service provider or agent agrees to apply the same levels of protection as we are required to apply to personal information held and processed in the UK and to use your information only for the purpose of providing the service to us.

Changes to this Policy

This policy is effective August 21st 2012. From time to time we may make changes to this privacy policy statement to reflect any changes to our privacy practices in accordance with changes in legislation, best practice or website enhancements. We will notify you about material changes to this Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the email address you provided to us or by placing a prominent notice on our website.

This Privacy Policy applies to all Intercash brands.
